Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is looking for a DC Technical Support Specialist to support daily operations of computing infrastructure in our Distribution Centers. The role covers Windows desktops, networks, servers, PDT devices, printers, and telecom gear, reporting to the DC Technical Services Manager.

You will handle new user setups, access control, and end-user network issues, while maintaining equipment inventories and ensuring SLAs are met. Some after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years supporting end users with hardware and software in a network environment.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+ or IT fundamentals, Network+, Security+ etc. preferred but not required.
• Tools: SNOW ticketing, Active Directory, FileZilla, Putty, VMWare, SSMS, DHCP, VPN, monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure infrastructure equipment in the Distribution Center per guidelines.
• Manage access to computer room and ensure facility integrity.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, RF/Voice equipment and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot end user and network problems; escalate as needed.
• Manage ServiceNow incidents and fulfill SLAs.
• Submit service requests for new equipment and changes.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to DC staff on IT systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams on IT issues and projects.
• Support other DCs within the network as needed.
