Job summary

Avery Dennison is hiring an IT Infrastructure Services Associate for an on-site role based in Greenfield, IN. You will serve as the primary contact for enterprise IT services and oversee provisioning, performance, and project fulfillment.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, strong networking knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English (and Spanish). Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience troubleshooting computer, server, and network systems.
• Solid grasp of networking (LAN/WAN) and hardware technology.
• Expertise in modern collaboration tools (Google Workspace) and foundational cloud/cybersecurity knowledge.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Network, Telephony, Platform, or Digital Workplace Services across enterprise IT teams and vendors.
• Manage oversight and support for service provisioning, performance assurance, operational escalations, and project fulfillment.
• Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to provide infrastructure insights to leaders.
• Collaborate with local GTS teams and suppliers for site Networking and Telephony implementations and updates.
• Support end-users with troubleshooting while ensuring security and policy alignment.
