In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and support of service provisioning, performance assurance, operational escalation management, project fulfillment, and providing consulting guidance. You will evaluate infrastructure needs, contribute to solution recommendations for site networking and telephony implementations, and support end-users with troubleshooting and issue resolution in an open, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-users with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution while maintaining alignment with data, communication, and security policies.

You are Customer-Centric: You don’t just fix computers; you improve the Digital Employee Experience (DEX). You listen to business needs and translate them into technical solutions that actually work for people.

You Bridge the IT/OT Divide: You are just as comfortable troubleshooting a server in a data center as you are supporting an industrial scanner on a noisy factory floor.
