Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking an IT Infrastructure Services Associate for an on-site role in Greenfield, IN. You will serve as the primary contact across Network, Telephony, Platform, and Digital Workplace Services, overseeing provisioning, performance, escalations, and project delivery.

You will analyze infrastructure needs and support end-users while collaborating with vendors and internal IT teams. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ experience in infrastructure services, strong networking

Qualifications

• Professional experience supporting or managing network, telephony, platform, or digital workplace infrastructure services.
• Strong technical expertise in conducting infrastructure needs analysis, capacity planning, and performance assurance.
• Proven problem-solving and project management capabilities with experience handling IT infrastructure implementations and operational escalations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Network, Telephony, Platform, or Digital Workplace Services across enterprise IT teams and vendors.
• Oversee service provisioning, performance assurance, escalations, and project fulfillment.
• Conduct capacity planning and provide infrastructure insights to business leaders.
• Collaborate with local teams and suppliers for site Networking and Telephony Services implementations and updates.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and ensure alignment with security policies.
• Bridge IT/OT considerations and support both data center and factory floor environments.
