Reciprocity Industries LLC in Billings, MT is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead daily IT operations, reliability, and improvements across offices and remote personnel. This hands-on, player-coach role administers core platforms and partners with security, software, and business leaders to deliver scalable services.

You will manage service desk, cloud services, endpoint and identity operations, asset management, vendor relations, and incident response while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Seven+ years IT operations/infrastructure/workplace tech experience
• Three+ years leadership/supervisory experience
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, endpoint management, service desk, and infrastructure services
• Experience supporting multi-location and remote work environments
• Experience managing vendors, procurement, lifecycle planning, or budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations and service delivery for all users, offices, and functions
• Direct service desk operations, prioritization, escalations, incident coordination, and problem management
• Establish operational procedures, support models, and change-management practices
• Ensure automation is documented, tested, and maintainable by team
• Develop service reports and baseline metrics to identify recurring issues
• Create roadmaps and improvement plans aligned with technology strategy
• Communicate clearly during incidents, maintenance, and changes
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and related cloud services
• Manage network connectivity, endpoint platforms, and office technology
• Maintain asset lifecycle, documentation, and configuration records
• Support office openings/moves/ deployments
• Implement security configurations in partnership with Security Operations
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and service escalations
• Develop budgets, lifecycle forecasts, and business cases for technology investments
• Lead and develop infrastructure staff
• Foster professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement
