• Provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment.
• Diagnose, maintain and monitor end-user workstations to ensure optimal workstation performance.
• Troubleshoot problems in person, by phone or via e-mail in a timely and accurate manner.
• This on-site role requires you to support users at the Lawton, OK location.
