Qualifications

• Basic Windows OS and networking knowledge required.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset.

• Ability to work independently and in a team on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 apps, including Teams and Exchange.
• Document and manage tickets in the help desk system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
• Assist with user onboarding, system updates, and routine maintenance.
