Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or IT generalist experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, user administration, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with endpoint security and device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Windows and macOS users.
• Set up and configure computers, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support Microsoft 365, email, collaboration tools, and video conferencing.
• Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain device inventory, software updates, endpoint security, and IT documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers as needed.
