Zusammenfassung
Pomeroy is seeking an on-site IT Field Support specialist in Palo Alto to install, service, and repair systems and equipment while verifying operational quality. You will resolve hardware issues and guide customers on use, coordinating with service teams for follow-up and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with SCCM, VPN, Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 is beneficial. This temporary role offers hands-on experience in enterprise environments and opportunities to document trends and support project
Qualifikationen
- Experience performing hardware installation, repair, upgrades.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex installation issues.
- Ability to instruct customers on system operation and maintenance.
Aufgaben
- Provides on-site field support for installation, servicing, and repair of systems and equipment.
- Verifies and approves operational quality of system equipment.
- Resolves customer issues related to hardware installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Assists in investigating and resolving complex installation and maintenance matters.
- Instructs customers on operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Ensures issues are referred to the right personnel for follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Acts as liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for projects.
- Performs analysis and prepares reports on system problem trends.
- Troubleshoots user accounts.
