You will deliver high-quality, hands-on support for end-user technologies, local office infrastructure, and collaboration tools at our Santa Clara headquarters. Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology or equivalent; hands-on Service Desk/Field Support experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support roles.
• Strong Google Workspace administration and endpoint management skills.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows devices; familiarity with SaaS apps, VPN, and collaboration platforms.
• Scripting ability (PowerShell, Python) to automate IT operations.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and efficient problem-solver.
• Proactive learner who adopts new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive end-user IT support for software, hardware, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analyses, and reduce downtime.
• Maintain and support core services including Google Workspace, endpoint management, VPN, and access management.
• Update runbooks, docs, and knowledge bases for consistency.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline routine tasks.
• Provide on-site field engineering for devices, AV setups, and network access.
• Communicate effectively with users to ensure a positive experience.
• Experiment with AI tools to assist troubleshooting and data collection.
