Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Clarksville, TN. You will perform hardware break-fix services and basic troubleshooting on client products, reporting to the Territory Supervisor.

You should handle service calls efficiently and maintain asset control while providing strong customer service. The role requires technical certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience, plus the ability to travel to client sites and lift

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of relevant field experience preferred.
• Ability to drive to client locations is required.
