Job summary

Ford Office Technologies is seeking a reliable IT Field Support Technician to join our team. You will go on-site to customer locations to provide Tier 1 IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring systems run efficiently.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in various field environments with responsibilities like setting up user accounts, supporting desktops and printers, and assisting with new applications roll-out.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a technical school or related work experience is required.
• Minimum of 1-3 years working in a professional helpdesk environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops and printers.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles and handle password issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 accounts and services.
