You will diagnose and resolve issues on-site or remotely, support clients across various industries, and travel regularly to client sites in the Fairfax area. You will work independently and as part of a team, documenting work clearly and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably MSP.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Comfortable working on-site at client sites and traveling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support at client sites.
• Support desktops, servers, printers, and network devices.
• Maintain documentation of systems and service activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and communicate with clients.
