Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred or in pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Support field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support at assigned site (Tier 1 & 2).
• Draft and share knowledge-based articles for consistency.
• Participate in training and on-call rotations for endpoint support.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
