Job summary

OSS Health is seeking an Endpoint Management Technician to deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot computers and endpoint devices across the organization. You will help ensure devices are secure, up to date, properly configured, and reliable within a healthcare IT environment.

The role focuses on endpoint configurations, software deployments, OS updates, security policies, and device compliance, working with IT to support clinicians and staff in a secure, standardized manner.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Interest in endpoint management and healthcare IT.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare IT environment.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or imaging tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist imaging, configuring, patching, and deploying desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Maintain an inventory of endpoint devices and accessories.
• Learn and assist with endpoint management tools to deploy updates and software.
• Apply security updates and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support devices in clinical environments (nurse stations, WOWs, exam rooms).
• Maintain deployment documentation and procedures.
• Provide basic end-user hardware/software support and password resets.
