Equiti Health is seeking a Service Technician based in Columbus, OH, with extensive regional and national travel. You will implement and support endpoints, configure devices, troubleshoot iPadOS/iOS, Android, and Windows, and train hospital staff on workflows and best practices.

You’ll collaborate with IT teams, deliver documentation, and ensure HIPAA compliance while advancing health equity through better language access.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise endpoints or field tech in healthcare.
• Experience delivering technical training and documenting procedures.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with teams to deliver field technology deployments.
• Configure, provision, secure, and validate endpoints for deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint issues across iPadOS/iOS, Android, and Windows.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network connectivity at client sites; escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and service logs.
• Manage shipping/receiving and movement of equipment to hospital sites.
• Provide role-based training for users on device operation and workflows.
