Job summary

Mercy Home for Boys & Girls is seeking an Endpoint Support Specialist to ensure staff have reliable access to technology across agency locations. You will support a wide range of devices, perform endpoint lifecycle tasks, manage imaging, MDM, and provisioning, and work with the IS team to improve systems and IT procedures.

You will troubleshoot endpoints, assist with training, maintain inventory, and communicate updates while providing SME-level guidance to staff.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in a Microsoft client/server environment with expert Windows proficiency.
• At least three years troubleshooting Dell workstations and mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows, ChromeOS).
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Google MDM and Microsoft Intune is a plus.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment (projectors, TVs).
• Experience with Ethernet cabling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT tickets and resolve issues per SLAs for endpoint devices.
• Maintain inventory of technology assets and organize IT storage.
• Collaborate with IT and staff to implement new systems and procedures.
• Provide on-site support and travel to agency locations.
• Deliver basic technology training for staff as needed.
• Update tasks on the scheduling board and communicate outages or changes.
• Be SME for end-user technology and contribute to knowledge bases.
