Job summary

MBTA seeks an Endpoint Technology Analyst to lead deployment, support, and ongoing maintenance of endpoints across multiple locations. You will focus on endpoint setup, Microsoft Intune, and efficient rollout of devices and related technology.

The role requires collaboration with IT, operations, training teams, and external vendors, with travel to MBTA sites and a hybrid work arrangement (in-office at least two days per week).

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in endpoint management, deployment, and support.
• Willingness to travel to MBTA worksites and locations.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Strong knowledge of Intune or similar endpoint management systems (SCCM, Jamf).
• Experience with peripherals and A/V equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical setup and configuration of endpoints for large-scale deployments.
• Coordinate procurement, staging, and delivery of endpoint hardware.
• Install and configure software, OS, and security settings on endpoints.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during deployment and use.
• Manage endpoint inventory and lifecycle tracking.
• Enroll endpoints in Intune and other management systems.
• Provide user support and maintain documentation.
