Job summary

OMCO, a MacLean-Fogg Company, invites you to join its Engineering Intern program at Pierceton, Indiana. You will work with engineers, operators, quality professionals, and maintenance teams on real manufacturing challenges during a 10-week, on-site summer internship.

You’ll own a meaningful project, gain hands-on experience with CAD, data analysis, and lean methods, present results to facility leadership, and receive housing assistance if eligible.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
• Interest in applying engineering skills to manufacturing challenges.
• Willingness to work full time on site for 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Learn safety practices and follow required procedures.
• Define a project with guidance and develop practical solutions.
• Collect/analyze data to identify opportunities and measure results.
• Use CAD, testing equipment, data analysis, root cause analysis, or lean methods.
• Present capstone findings and recommendations to facility leadership.
