Responsibilities include logging and triaging requests, performing advanced troubleshooting, site visits, and managing end-user applications.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware.
• Understanding of advanced network structures and concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and IAM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to end-users.
• Logs, triages, and manages IT support requests in a first-contact scenario.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Escalates complex issues to higher level teams when needed.
• Documents solutions to increase efficiency and reduce resolution times.
• Performs end-user account management tasks.
• Conducts regular site visits and field work.
• Manages end-user focused applications and participates in on-call rotations.
