Job summary

Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is seeking an IT End User Specialist II to provide advanced front-line support for hardware, software, and peripherals at multiple Colorado facilities. This on-site role requires timely ticket handling, strong problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate with higher-level IT staff.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of Healthcare IT experience, excellent customer service, and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, IAM, and basic security practices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Healthcare IT experience, preferably in radiology.
• Proficient in Windows OS and hardware.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and IAM concepts.
• Willing to perform on-site field work and site visits.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to end-users
• Logs, triages, and manages IT support requests for end-users in a first-contact scenario.
• Provides effective advanced troubleshooting for common technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Identifies and escalates more technically challenging issues to higher level support teams
• Documents solutions to common issues to increase efficiency and reduce first call resolution times
• Provides advanced user and computer account management tasks
• Performs regular site visits and field work
• Works directly with higher-level support teams
• Manages and Maintains end-user focused applications
• Participates in On-Call rotations
• Other duties as assigned
