Job summary

INA Solution Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide on-site hardware and software support for end users at the Seattle metro campus.

You will act as the frontline technical contact for troubleshooting and escalations, and you'll image and install software on computers and mobile devices. You will log incidents in the ticketing system, handle Level 1 and 2 escalations with root-cause analysis, manage hardware inventory, patch communications rooms, and collaborate with Network

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hardware and software support for end users.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computers and mobile devices; image/re-image computers and perform software installations.
• Log and manage support incidents in a ticketing system; handle Level 1 and Level 2 escalations with root cause analysis.
• Manage hardware inventory including ordering and decommissioning devices; maintain IT room and patching.
• Communicate with clients and team via email and MS Teams; ensure strong customer service and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with Network Services and senior IT engineers on local projects; maintain IT docs and adhere to policies.
