Catapult Solutions Group seeks a Computer Support Specialist to serve as the on-site IT resource at our Compass headquarters location in Hoffman Estates, IL. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage Azure/Entra ID and M365, and provide remote support to all Compass users.

You will handle ticketing in ServiceNow, train users, and maintain devices with NinjaOne, while coordinating printer services and contributing to knowledge base documentation.

Formación

• 3–6 years of Windows and macOS troubleshooting in a professional setting.
• 3–6 years of Microsoft Azure / Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Preferred Azure Fundamentals and/or Security Fundamentals certifications.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site IT support to Compass staff at headquarters and remote users.
• Diagnose, repair, and document hardware and software issues.
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow and ensure timely resolution.
• Support conference room technology and user training.
• Administer devices via NinjaOne and support Microsoft 365 tools.
• Coordinate printer maintenance with vendors and assist end users.
