Sapsf is hiring for an Administrator role focused on Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, RDS, and Touch Services. The position involves on-site support, ticketing, and end-user assistance across a corporate IT environment.

Responsibilities include incident management, IMAC tasks, asset tracking, and providing hands-on support for hardware and software. Strong English communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Ensure all incidents/requests meet service targets.
• Proactively monitor pending tickets.
• Perform IMAC activities as required.

• Troubleshoot hardware/software and reimage computers.
