Job summary
Sapsf is seeking a Senior Administrator for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Servers RDS, and Touch Services to support Windows 365 Cloud PC environments in a global ITIL-based setting. The role focuses on monitoring service health, troubleshooting Cloud PC and identity issues, and incident resolution.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 Enterprise desktops or virtual desktops.
- Hands-on with Windows 365 Cloud PC Enterprise.
- Understanding of Cloud PC architecture, provisioning policies, licensing, and service dependencies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune (device configuration, compliance, app deployment).
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, and Conditional Access.
- Familiarity with Azure networking concepts (VNets, subnets, NSGs).
- Strong ITIL-based L2/L3 support experience.
- Exposure to global support operations and 24/7/ follow-the-sun models.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Windows 365 Cloud PC service health and performance.
- Troubleshoot Cloud PC, desktop, identity, authentication, and access issues.
- Support incident resolution, service restoration, and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate maintenance, patching, governance checks, and readiness tasks.
- Collaborate with Intune, Entra ID, Azure networking, and security teams to resolve platform issues.
- Prepare operational reports and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to knowledge articles and SOPs.
