Grainger is hiring a full-time On-Site Service Representative in McComb, MS to manage inventory and provide outstanding customer service at multiple customer locations. You will stock purchased product, ensure stocking levels, and support the KeepStock program.

The role requires 3 years of selling or service experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license with insurance; ability to lift 25–60 lbs; strong collaboration and problem-solving skills; and willingness to travel with

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product at customer sites and maintain inventory levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow routing schedules and maintain route guides.
• Identify productivity and process improvements.
• Comply with safety requirements at each site.
• Assist customers to identify additional product needs.
• Collaborate with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
