Job summary

Socket.dev in Fort Lee, NJ, seeks an Inventory Coordinator to join our on-site team. You will manage daily inventory, processing, and logistics operations, with hands-on training provided for entry-level candidates.

The role may be labeled Inventory Associate for those with less experience. Responsibilities include processing inventory transactions, coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong teamwork.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage core inventory workflows: setup, receipt processing, transfers, and center transactions.
Monitor vessel/barge arrivals; record receipts; investigate discrepancies.
Review damaged/nonconforming materials; document QC findings.
Post inventory transactions and invoices; review processing results.
Conduct monthly vendor reconciliations; provide reports to Supply Chain and Accounting.
Review warehouse invoices; dispute inaccuracies or overcharges.
