USP Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our on-site team in Fort Lee, NJ. You will manage daily inventory, processing, and logistics with hands-on training, ideal for recent graduates pursuing a supply chain career.

Responsibilities include processing inventory transactions, coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and addressing discrepancies. Strong detail orientation, communication, and bilingual English-Korean skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Manage core inventory workflows, including item setup, receipt processing, stock transfers, and processing-center transactions.
• Monitor vessel and barge arrivals, record inventory receipts across multiple sites, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Review damaged or nonconforming materials and document quality-control findings to support the claims process.
• Review processing results, follow up with processing centers, and post related inventory transactions and invoices.
• Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and provide comprehensive reports to the Supply Chain and Accounting departments.
• Review third-party warehouse storage invoices and dispute inaccuracies or overcharges as needed.
• Compile inventory and shipment reports to support annual inventory tax filings.
