Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in New Berlin, NY is seeking an on-site warehouse associate to support storeroom operations including receiving, stocking, issuing, and inventory accuracy. This role requires handling cycle counts, client interface, and ERP data entry with attention to detail.

This position works 12-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on a rotating two-week schedule, with compensation of $18 - $20 per hour. A strong customer-service mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and Windows/Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to learn and use part identification and ERP systems.
• Detail oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow all site Safety and Security Procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOPs.
• Unpack, verify, and enter receiving and inventory data into ERP systems.
• Issue materials to clients; pull, stage, and kit material as required.
• Store received material in proper locations and manage tagging.
• Process returns and prepare parts for vendor return or repair.
• Perform cycle counts and report stock discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update inventory data.
• Verify on-hand quantities and identify reorder needs.
• Keep storeroom clean and organized; support special projects.
