Vestis is seeking an On-Site Coordinator to ensure efficient inventory rotation and accurate stocking across shifts. This role requires closely coordinating with customer contacts to report issues with deliveries, losses, or damages within 24 hours and maintaining proper date sequencing for all garments.

The position emphasizes forklift-free lifting, data entry, and daily communication to ensure smooth operations at client sites across North America.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and accurate in handling inventory.
• Intermediate computer skills required for updating records and communications.
• Effective written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown totes from new deliveries.
• Stock garment racks with age-appropriate garments.
• Follow FIFO to stock oldest garments first.
• Mark totes with appropriate dates.
• Rotate garments to prevent expiry on the shelf.
• Stocking required on each shift until fully stocked.
• Provide weekly status updates to the Customer contact.
• Address issues with garments, stocking, and orders.
• Manage returns/reprocessing and compile item lists for customer communication.
