Responsibilities

• Manage core inventory workflows: item setup and receipt processing.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments and stock transfers.
• Maintain accurate records and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and reports.
• Review and post inventory transactions and invoices.
• Monitor vessel/barge arrivals and receipts across sites.
• Prepare inventory reports for tax filings and audits.
