Job summary

Structured Communication Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Support Specialist to join our team in Clackamas, Oregon. You will support Account Executives and internal teams across the sales and order lifecycle, handling coordination, quoting, orders, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related experience in customer service and/or sales requested.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotes, orders, and events on behalf of Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery and BOM generation when needed.
• Assist in knowledge sharing and training to teammates as directed.
• Provide entry-level support to ISS email alias and act as backup for Account Executives.
