Structured Communication Systems is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to on-site in Clackamas, Oregon. You will prioritize requests, coordinate timelines, and allocate engineering resources for both pre-sale and post-sale activities, working with Account Executives, Inside Sales, and PMs.

The role requires strong coordination, communication, and CRM skills; a high school diploma is required, with IT/CRM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT services experience preferred.
• Experience with project coordination and customer communication a must.
• Experience using CRM tools, notably Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize requests and manage timelines for projects.
• Allocate engineering resources for pre-sale and post-sale needs.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.
• Coordinate and track equipment for evaluation and demos.
• Support on-call rotations and standard service desk processes.
