This position manages inbound inquiries, prepares quotations, follows up on sales opportunities, and coordinates orders from initial inquiry through fulfillment. You will respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and the sales hotline; understand customer needs and recommend products; maintain ERP records; and collaborate with warehouse,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain product information clearly.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Team player with proactive customer service approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to sales inquiries by phone, email, and hotline.
• Assess customer needs and recommend products per specs.
• Prepare quotations and pursue orders through fulfillment.
• Communicate pricing, availability, shipping, and order status.
• Maintain customer data and orders in the ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounting, and tech teams.
• Handle customer questions and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products.
