TOPREGAL U.S. in Houston, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who focuses on customer inquiries and timely quotations for warehouse equipment and material handling solutions.

This role manages inbound inquiries by phone and email, recommends products based on specifications, and coordinates orders from initial inquiry through fulfillment. You will maintain customer records in the ERP system, communicate pricing and availability accurately, and support process improvements with the sales

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries received by phone, email, and the sales hotline.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products based on published specifications and application requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to answer questions and secure orders.
• Communicate pricing, product availability, shipping information, and order status accurately.
• Maintain customer information, quotations, sales activities, and orders in the company ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounting, and technical teams to support timely fulfillment.
• Manage customer questions and helpdesk tickets, escalating technical or service issues when appropriate.
• Develop product knowledge and identify additional products relevant to customer needs.
• Support sales management with assigned projects and recommend sales and service process improvements.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Central Time

Hours: 40 working hours per week, with a one-hour lunch break each workday

About The Role
