Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing sales experience.
• CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NAV) and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales, margin, and activity goals for assigned accounts.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries, converting qualified leads into orders.
• Prospect by phone and email to generate new business and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Assess customer needs and recommend storage and material handling solutions; prepare accurate quotes.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within authority limits and escalate non-standard requests.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Enter sales orders accurately and coordinate with Warehouse and Operations on fulfillment.
