Fifth Wheel Freight is hiring for a January 2027 start date. This 100% on-site Sales Representative role is located in Kentwood, Michigan.

You will build and manage your own book of business, drive solutions for clients, and participate in paid training and leadership exposure to fuel long-term growth. Compensation includes a base salary with uncapped commissions, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust book of business through cold-calling and lead generation.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Manage day-to-day shipment tracking, problem resolution, and consistent communication.
• Provide consultative transportation solutions to prospective and current clients.
• Build long-lasting client relationships that drive referrals and repeat business.
• Consistently meet (and exceed) sales quotas and performance goals.
