Job summary

Camping World in Michigan is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience. You will sell new and used RVs, conduct demonstrations, and walkthroughs to close sales with the F&I and Sales Management teams.

The role is commission-based with uncapped commissions; successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, plus year-end bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
