Professional Alternatives is seeking Inside Sales Professionals for multiple Texas locations in the Midland Area. This is a fully in-office/on-site role, five days a week. Pay up to $70K with experience, and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships to sell products and services.

Essential duties include answering product questions, recommending solutions, quoting prices, and providing post-sale support while meeting customer needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Inside Sales experience in a like industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• High degree of professionalism.
• Strong math skills.
• Customer-service driven.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships to sell products and services.
• Answer questions about products, prices, availability, and terms.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and interests.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders.
• Prepare estimates and bids that meet customer needs.
• Forward orders to manufacturers.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve problems.
