Qualifications

• Inside Sales skills to manage phone and counter sales and quotes.
• Customer service to build trust, resolve issues, and support long-term relationships.
• Lead generation and account management to identify new opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Basic knowledge of electrical products or willingness to learn technical product information.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Salinas, CA, collaborate with team members, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP or order-entry systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or industry experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in distribution, industrial sales, or a related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and provide product information.
• Prepare quotes and process orders for industrial and food-processing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and grow accounts and perform follow-ups on open quotes.

• Support branch sales goals and contribute to a positive customer experience.
