Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Salinas, CA. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, provide product information, prepare quotes, and process orders for industrial and food-processing customers. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, recommending solutions, coordinating with warehouse and purchasing teams, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. The role also involves maintaining and growing accounts, performing follow-ups on open quotes, and identifying opportunities for additional products or services. The Inside Sales Representative will contribute to a positive customer experience and support overall branch sales goals.
