• Assist customers with product selection, technical information, and solutions for industrial electrical products, including motors, controls, power distribution, and automation.
• Generate new and repeat sales by promoting stock products and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and order discrepancies professionally while ensuring timely follow-through.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, outside sales, and technical teams to meet customer expectations.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and understanding of industry applications.
• Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support fellow team members and assist with other departmental responsibilities.
