Job summary

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, support order management, and help achieve sales goals while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Inside sales or related experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages phone customers, understanding needs and providing solutions.
• Collaborates with Account Managers to service accounts and drive revenue.
• Seeks out potential sales opportunities for Account Managers and district.
• Maintains knowledge of portfolio offerings to provide value propositions.
• Drives sales by identifying related products and promotions; adds lines to orders.
• Ensures accurate quote and order management to expedite fulfillment.
