Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing infrastructure or utilities projects
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and authorities

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of infrastructure and utilities projects from concept to completion
• Develop detailed project plans: scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks
• Manage project teams of engineers, contractors, and site personnel
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Monitor progress, mitigate delays or cost overruns
• Facilitate communication among clients, regulators, and teams
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings
