Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee critical utility infrastructure upgrade projects in Upington, Northern Cape. This site-based role requires hands-on management of planning, design, execution, commissioning and handover, with strong focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets over R4 million, coordinate with engineering teams, contractors and regulators, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of PM experience in utility infrastructure.
• Experience managing budgets of R4 million or more.
• Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Site-based leadership in Upington or similar environments.

Responsibilities

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of utility infrastructure, project management methodologies, and a proven ability to manage complex projects with significant stakeholder involvement. Requirements
