Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies to final handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, consultants, and internal teams on project sites.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project performance.
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing timely updates on project status and potential challenges.
