Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Track milestones, deadlines, progress, and changes.

• Work with managers and team members to gather and update schedule information.

• Help develop short-term and long-term project forecasts.

Bascom Hunter is looking for an organized, analytical IMS Planner / Program Scheduler to help plan, track, and report on company programs and projects. This person will work 100% on-site with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to build and maintain schedules, track progress, identify potential delays, and provide clear information to management.

The ideal candidate is someone who is good with details, understands how to manage timelines and priorities, can work with people across different departments, and is comfortable working with data and spreadsheets. Experience with scheduling or project planning is helpful, but we are open to candidates who have the right skills and ability to learn our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
