Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning, and Scheduling professional to join the Planning & Activation organization in the US. The role supports complex programs across multiple Raytheon locations, requiring strong scheduling expertise and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead or support the development, maintenance, and analysis of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and related planning artifacts, ensuring government customer requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years in program planning, scheduling or project management.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Onsite development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project.
• Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain baselines.
• Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements and traceability to production scope.
• Conduct schedule analysis and communicate status, CP analysis and schedule variance.
