Formación

• Hands-on experience implementing, auditing or improving ISO-based management systems in industry.
• Experience maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) across functions.
• Proven ability to lead internal audits and support external audits.
• End-to-end corrective actions management and verification.
• Policy, procedure and document/record control development and upkeep.
• Strong communication, training and process-improvement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ISO-based IMS processes and align with standards and compliance.
• Manage IMS governance cadence and cross-functional improvement planning.
• Plan and lead internal IMS audits with defined scope and evidence.
• Coordinate external audit readiness and documentation packages.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop and control management system documentation and records.
• Identify risks and implement reliability improvements.
• Create training to enable staff to comply with IMS requirements.
• Create dashboards and reports (Power BI) for leadership review.
• Prepare management system reviews and document decisions/actions.
