Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Regional QEHS Management Systems Manager to strengthen and oversee Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety systems across multiple facilities. You will drive ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 alignment, support audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites.

The role partners with site leaders to ensure compliance, manage risk, and advance performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum high school diploma required.
• Experience supporting QEHS management systems in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards.
• Experience participating in internal and external audits.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Business Management System (BMS) across assigned manufacturing locations.
• Partner with site leadership teams to ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance.
• Coordinate internal audits, external audits, and certification activities.
• Lead corrective and preventive action processes and monitor improvements.
• Support management reviews and analyze performance metrics for improvement opportunities.
• Assist sites with risk assessments, investigations, nonconformances, and incident follow-up.
• Ensure BMS documentation stays accurate, current, and controlled.
• Participate in regional and corporate projects focused on operational excellence.
• Perform tasks per BMS procedures and applicable EHS regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
